Current Projects

The majority of my is dedicated to the Real Estate Staging Association®, Inc. (RESA®) I founded RESA in 2007 as a member governed trade association for Home Stagers. RESA® was formed in order to support all professional real estate stagers also known as home stagers in North America. RESA® is a portal to the home staging industry and is a source of education and business tools focusing on the needs of home stagers. Members have access to up-to-date information relative to the home staging industry, marketing support services and access to home staging continuing education providers.

As the home staging industry continues to grow, it becomes important to move home staging from an unregulated environment. Creating acceptable practices, a code of ethics and a means in which to support home stagers benefits not only the home staging community, but the consumer as well.

It is very important for every professional home stager and redesign to take part in creating the industry that you want to be a part of. Every home stager has a voice and is now able to actively participate in the growth and direction of THEIR industry.

Save The Sisterhood™

Save The Sisterhood™ is a global movement to bring awareness to women lifting other women up and playing a positive role in each others lives.

Save the Sisterhood™ was created out of pure frustration from witnessing women speak negatively about other women and tearing them down instead of lifting each other up.  Women have enough hurdles to jump through every single day in their own families, workplaces and their own businesses.  Women should be lifting each other up and not tearing each other down.

My goal is to bring awareness to this issue.  Some people have said, “You can’t change the world.” I say, “Watch me!”  There have been so many women in history that HAVE changed the world.  From Sojourner Truth to Oprah Winfrey, from Mary Wollstonecraft to Madonna, women have continued to evolve and change the world as we see it.  I am in NO-WAY am comparing myself to these women and many others like them.  If for no reason, other than to simply make a stand, I am making it. If only one woman changes her behavior, my goal is accomplished.  Just think of the possibilities.

 

Motivation For Girls

Our purpose is simple, “To motivate the girls of today, to become the women of tomorrow.” Motivation For Girls, was a project developed with Save The Sisterhood. Our goals are to show girls:

• They have the power within them to become anything they want to become in life.
• To empower girls to become great leaders of tomorrow.
• To create positive self-esteem.
• To teach girls to stop bullying other girls.
