Shell Brodnax’s background in creating and managing departments for large corporations, led to her involvement in the staging industry. Having assisted many home stagers in the field of developing and growing their business she understands the importance a trade organization has for the home staging industry. As a result, she founded the Real Estate Staging Association. With over 1,000 members, stagers across the country now have resources immediately available to them. She developed the Staging Career Center as a means to further assist the industry and help home stagers grow vibrant, profitable businesses.

Shell is now available to home owners and REALTORS in assisting them to market property for sale by providing occupied home staging consultations.

Step Parenting Solutions is a website I started to help fellow step-parents. Being divorced and a previous step-parent I have some great insight into how to not only live successfully in a blended family, but thrive in one.  This is project has actually turned into a book. Save The Sisterhood™

Save The Sisterhood™ is a global movement to bring awareness to women lifting other women up and playing a positive role in each others lives.

Save the Sisterhood™ was created out of pure frustration from witnessing women speak negatively about other women and tearing them down instead of lifting each other up. Women have enough hurdles to jump through every single day in their own families, workplaces and their own businesses. Women should be lifting each other up and not tearing each other down.

My goal is to bring awareness to this issue. Some people have said, “You can’t change the world.” I say, “Watch me!” There have been so many women in history that HAVE changed the world. From Sojourner Truth to Oprah Winfrey, from Mary Wollstonecraft to Madonna, women have continued to evolve and change the world as we see it. I am in NO-WAY am comparing myself to these women and many others like them. If for no reason, other than to simply make a stand, I am making it. If only one woman changes her behavior, my goal is accomplished. Just think of the possibilities.
